Welcome to the first blog post on my new website! My name is Toccara and this is my husband Sam. We like to get out and explore the world around us every opportunity we get. Sometimes this includes a camping trip less than an hour from home and other times it could mean an extravagant vacation half way around the world. I’m excited to start my travel blog, as Sam and I have quite a few incredible trips under our belt and have future exciting trips already planned! I found in doing research for our trips, unless you want to buy a new travel book for every destination you visit, information on the web can be all over the place. My goal is to share the research I have compiled while planning our adventures, as well as reviews of our journeys along the way, so if you’re interested in a similar trip, I’ve got you covered!
All that is up on this site for now are excerpts from my travel journal from previous destinations and a video my husband put together of our trip to Europe (Summer 2012). In time, I will put up destination guides and reviews on hotels, restaurants, activities, etc. I’m not exactly sure how this website will evolve, but I’m excited about the possibilities and am thrilled that you’re coming along for the ride!
